1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stockly Box website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Subscriptions
Stockly Box offers monthly, 6-month, and yearly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal.
3. Payments & Billing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your first order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are returned in their original, unopened condition.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Except in cases of damaged or incorrect goods, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display the contents of our subscription boxes. However, product availability may vary and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Box contents are subject to change.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Stockly Box and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockly Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Usage Calculations
For our "Make Your Own" subscription boxes, your monthly deliveries are calculated based on the annual usage estimates you provide during setup. To ensure you never run out of your essential items, our system automatically applies a 20% allowance (buffer) to your estimated yearly total. Your monthly delivery quantities and billing will reflect this adjusted total. If you find you are receiving too much or too little, you may adjust your usage estimates at any time via your account portal.
